Post Breadcrumbs Widget : WPThemeBuilder
Breadcrumbs is a navigational way to tell your visitors their location on your website or blog. It will write all the previous locations of your currently being viewed content so visitors could understand where they are and they can come to previous or top level page from this navigation.
How to Insert Post Breadcrumbs Widget
To add a post breadcrumbs widget you need to navigate to the content column tab in WPThemeBuilder because breadcrumbs are mostly placed in post content page. We use Yoast Breadcrumbs plugin to display post breadcrumbs. The plugin comes in the the folder along with all other files but you can also download the plugin from its original author website. So lets move to the procedure.
- Go to Content Column tab in WPThemeBuilder
- Navigate to More Options tab from very right location.
- You’ll find a button Insert Post Widgets, click on it.
- Select Post Breadcrumbs from the widget list.
- In the opened pop-up enter the required formatting settings such as text colors, background colors and select the location of this widget. You can place it before content or after content.
- Preview if needed otherwise Click on ADD Box button.
- You’ll see the widget is added in your content area.
Required Plugins
You need to install Yoast Breadcrums Plugin in order to see the widget in action in your wordpress blog. The plugin will be inside theme folder you can copy it from there or you can also download it from its original author’s website. Once uploaded, activate the plugin.
