Color Picker in WPThemeBuilder

The most important tool in wordpress theme builder is the color picker. This is what changes the appearance of your wordpress theme and make the themes good looking. Almost all tabs do have at least 2 text fields for picking colors. Background and foreground(font color). Many widgets which can be customized do also have color picker controls.

Using Color Picker

The color picker is created with very user friendly interface. You can easily understand how to make eye catching colors and use them in your themes. You have two types of color pickers.

1. Color Picker Tool
2. Pre-defined Color Table

As you can see below in picture the color picker has a dragging feature. You can define the color range from color ranger by dragging its arrows upwards or downwards. Then you can drag your mouse on big color picker window to choose a color. Your color will also be visible in a box below the picker tool. Once you’ve selected your color simply click save and close and this color will be copied over the desired field then you have to click save settings of that tab box.

You can also input a user-defined color hex code(e.g #e2e2e2) in the field as shown in color picker.

2. Pre-defined Color Table

There is also a pre-defined color table which has web 2.0 colors and all web safe colors. We have chosen all the possible and best colors that can make your themes very cool. Take a look at screenshot below.

To choose a color simply click on a color box and the color will be copied over desired field. Then you have to click Save Settings button for that specific tab.
