Our website(http://www.wpthemebuilder.com) grants you to create and use the wordpress templates in accordance with these Terms & Conditions issued by our company.
- WPThemeBuilder Subscriptions
As a registered and paid member of our community, you have rights to use the themes created by WPThemeBuilder on as many concurrent sites as we've described in our Pricing table. You may continue to use the templates on these concurrent sites after your subscription expires, so the templates are not time-limited (even though your subscription is).
(Note: Developer Subscribers need to renew their subscription if they wish to continue to deploy templates to new clients after their existing subscription has expired.)
- Subscription Renewals
Please take note that all subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of your subscription period, by our merchant (2Checkout.com). If you wish to cancel your subscription (i.e. you would not like to extend it with a similar extension to your existing one), then you need to notify us via e-mail (support@wpthemebuilder.com) at least 7 days prior to the end of your subscription, requesting such a cancellation.
No exceptions will be made in this regard and if your subscription is automatically renewed, we will assume that you have done so with your express permission. No refunds whatsoever will be given in this regard.
- Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to the themes created with WPThemeBuilder to fit your purposes. Depending on the subscription type, you may or may not resell these themes to your client after any modification.
- Updates
WPThemeBuilder has been developed to be compatible with latest available version of Wordpress, but we can give no guarantee, that older template will run in future versions of Wordpress. We are however committed to upgrade WPThemeBuilder constantly in future and will make it compatible for all future versions of WP
- Delivery
After we have succesfully received your payment, your WPThemeBuilder account will be activated and you will recieve an email from us. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through our contact page.
- Note: No invoices will be available for your purchases / subscriptions, as the 2Checkout.com sales receipt is deemed to be sufficient financial information.
- Refund Policy
Since WPThemeBuilder is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the subscription or individual theme purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.
Note: If you feel that there is any bug in the resultant theme, you may contact us and we'll fix it and re-issue a new theme credit to your account. But this will not happen since we've tested this tool for every possible bug.
- Support
Only WPThemeBuilder customers will receive write access to our support forum. It is our policy that we will only provide assistance with technical queries on the support forum - and not via the e-mail. However, some of our subscription packages do have dedicated email support..
- Price Changes
WPThemeBuilder reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription or an individual theme package with or without notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the WPThemeBuilder website.
- Warranty
WPThemeBuilder does not warranty or guarantee the templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that WPThemeBuilder templates will work with all browser combinations. However we gurantee that these templates will work in all browsers we've listed in our features page.
